WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH THESE NZ PLAYERS?!?!?

Doug Howlett gets arrested for jumping on a couple of parked cars outside a London hotel. He was allegedly drunk at the time. So does this mean that because he's half Tongan he can only hold half the usual amount of grog? Or maybe this means he can hold even less grog than the normal, full blooded 'Nesian? Who the hell knows! Anyway, Mr. Howlett has already offered up his mea culpa for the incident (see video below) so I guess everything is back to normal. Right. The NZRU better get these guys some help before someone gets hurt. Seriously People!
