4 tsps. Powdered Sugar

Juice from 1 Lime (2 ounces)

4 Mint Leaves
1 Sprig of Mint 

2 oz. White Rum

2 oz. Club Soda
Crushed Ice



Drop the mint leaves and the sugar into a long mojito (or “Collins”) glass. Squeeze the juice from the lime over the mint and sugar. Gently smash the mint into the limejuice and sugar mixture with a muddler or the back of a fork or spoon if one isn't available. Add the ice and rum then stir. Top off with the club soda and garnish with a mint sprig or lime slice.
