Cuban Mojito The official drink of Sex and the Sushi…and Cuba
4 tsps. Powdered Sugar Juice from 1 Lime (2 ounces) 4 Mint Leaves 1 Sprig of Mint 2 oz. White Rum 2 oz. Club Soda Crushed Ice
Drop the mint leaves and the sugar into a long mojito (or “Collins”) glass. Squeeze the juice from the lime over the mint and sugar. Gently smash the mint into the limejuice and sugar mixture with a muddler or the back of a fork or spoon if one isn't available. Add the ice and rum then stir. Top off with the club soda and garnish with a mint sprig or lime slice.

Yes we had still more technical difficulties this episode but let’s be honest here Dear Readers – The game was just so damn boring! OH MY GOODNESS! The Hurricanes…the Hurricanes…we think those were our boys out there on the pitch but we can’t be certain. What we know for sure is that we saw fifteen yellow jerseys ambling around like a gaggle of arthritic retirees on a hot ass golf course somewhere down in Florida so really; it’s anyone’s guess.
